Banking
The area of law that deals with State and Federal laws pertaining to the regulation of banks and financial institutions including establishment of the institutions, day-to-day operations, and banking including electronic and international banking. Additionally, banking generally consists of assisting with the preparation of loan documentation and advice regarding such documentation. We also enforce banking agreements when defaults occur including filing foreclosure actions and suits to enforce promissory notes.
