Mediation
The attorneys in the Mediation and Arbitration group specialize in assisting litigants in resolving a wide range of disputes. Kim Udall devotes his entire practice to mediation and arbitration. Mr. Udall is one of the most highly regarded and experienced mediators in the state. Eric Sommer devotes a substantial portion of his practice to mediation as well. Both attorneys bring to the process of alternative dispute resolution the insight and judgment they have gained through their decades-long work as skilled trial attorneys. They know well the courts and jury demographics of New Mexico.
